Bradford Hall, which was renovated in 1991, houses a total of 124 students (men) in double rooms with community baths. Many of these spacious rooms vary in size and have a standard arrangement, while all have a combination refrigerator/freezer/microwave unit.

Wallace Lee Bradford was a Principal at the State School for the Deaf at Southern University. The residence hall was intimately named William James and Azalea Hall prior to renovations
